Your puppy is guaranteed against any and all congenital or hereditary life threatening illness

for a period of one year. In the event that such an illness were to take place within the time

period of the health guarantee, the new owner has the right to choose one of the following

options.

1. Return the dog to the seller and receive another puppy of their choice of equal value.

2. Retain the dog and receive veterinary expenses up to the cost of the dog.

3. Return the dog and receive the full refund excluding any sales tax or shipping/delivery

costs.

In the event of a life threatening illness, the new owner must have the puppy examined by a

licensed veterinarian and have the examining veterinarian submit the diagnoses of the illness,

prognosis, treatment plan, estimate of the total cost of treatment, along with an itemized

statement to us within 5 business days of the diagnosis of such illness. No veterinary

expenses will be paid by the seller if the puppy has not been treated for such illness.

The seller reserves the right to a second opinion if deemed necessary at the expense of the

seller. The new owner at this time would be required to transport the puppy to another

veterinarian of the sellers choosing within a reasonable distance from the new owners home.

This guarantee is non-transferable.
